Besides its beautiful nature, Phuket has the distinguish style of buildings located in town. Most of the buildings were built nearly 100 years ago. The houses are long and all the doors and the windows are carved in a unique style. The construction was influenced by Chinese architecture. At that time, the one and two story row houses were very popular. |
